~ Purchases may be returned for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method (less original shipping cost which is non-refundable).
~ Items must be in the same condition, with no signs of wear or use, & in the original packaging with tags still attached.
~ Returns & exchanges may be made either in-store or by mail.
~ Returns & exchanges by mail must be initiated via email to returns@myseasprite.com within 14 days of delivery & must be postmarked & shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
~In-store returns must be made within 20 days of purchase or delivery.
~ We are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears, hats, customized items, discounted or sale items, & gift cards.
~ You are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the original cost of shipping. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

About the Brand
Founded 2019 in Jupiter, FL by Lea Barkley, DogFish Design 13 is a family-owned business currently based in Houston, TX.
Drawing on her love of shells and all things ocean, Lea designs and creates magical ornaments and trinket dishes made out of genuine seashells.
Each shell is selected with care and love but, as they are natural, may contain small imperfections added by Mother Nature.
Whimsical shell ornaments are trimmed with gold leaf and sealed with non-voc, food safe resin for lasting enjoyment for years to come.
