Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for supporting small business & shopping at Sea Sprite!

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you aren’t, we are here to help.

You may return your item(s) for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method (less the original shipping cost which is non-refundable).

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at returns@myseasprite.com to initiate the process. We will respond with detailed instructions on how to package & ship back your item(s).

Returns or exchanges must be postmarked & shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Exceptions

We are unable to refund or exchange the below items:

  • Earrings for pierced ears
  • Hats
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Discounted or Sale items
  • Gift Cards

Products must arrive back to us in the same, new & unworn, unaltered condition you received them in, with no signs of wear or use. Items must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

Return Process

To begin the process of returning or exchanging an item(s), contact us within 14 days of delivery at returns@myseasprite.com. We will respond with detailed instructions on how to package & ship your item(s) back to us.

Returns or exchanges must be postmarked & shipped back to Sea Sprite within 30 days of delivery.

Products must arrive back to us in the same, new & unworn, unaltered condition you received them in, with no signs of wear or use. Items must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. 

If the item(s) you sent back to us do not satisfy these requirements, you may not be eligible for refund or exchange, & you will be responsible for the cost of Sea Sprite shipping the item(s) back to you.

Return & Exchange Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the original cost of shipping. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

An exception will be made for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please see below for further information on such cases.

Sea Sprite is not responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail. We strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping method to mail your return or exchange. Should your return or exchange be lost in route you will need to make a claim with your shipping provider.

Refunds

Once Sea Sprite receives your return or exchange, we will check the condition of the item(s). If all is well, we will issue a full refund (less the original shipping cost as shipping is non-refundable) to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the item(s). During busy periods, however, this process may take a bit longer. We will immediately notify you if we expect any delays in the processing of your refund.

We will notify you by email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Please note, refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Don’t tell anyone…but we are only human & mistakes can happen. Should you receive an item other than what you ordered, or if your item or package is damaged, please email us within 2 business days of delivery at returns@myseasprite.com.

Be sure to include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item & packaging, description of the issue, & your Order Number/Confirmation Number & we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please save all packaging materials & damaged items as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier & make a claim.

After you ship the incorrect or damaged item back to Sea Sprite, email us a copy of your postage receipt & we will work with you to refund the postage amount for the damaged or incorrect item. Any postage cost refunded by Sea Sprite will be based on the USPS Ground Advantage standard shipping cost for the weight of any incorrect or damaged item.

We will only refund postage for the incorrect or damaged item. If you choose to include any additional non-damaged items, postage for the additional item(s) will be your responsibility & will not be refunded.
