We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or Our mobile application. If you wish to opt-out of receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your mobile device’s settings.

Facebook Permissions

The Site may, by default, access your Facebook basic account information including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, & profile picture URL as well as other information you choose to make public.

Data From Social Networks

The Site may collect user information from social networking sites such as Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter & other social networks if you connect your account to such social networks. By using our Maps API Implementation, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service & agree to allow us to access information about you including personally identifiable information, such as user names, & non-personally identifiable information, such as location.

The Maps APIs that we use may store & access cookies & other information on your devices.

6. Social Media Logins

Sea Sprite LLC may offer you the ability to register & login using your third-party social media account details (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter logins). When you choose to do this, We will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.

The profile information We receive may vary depending on the social media provider but will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile pictures, & other information you choose to make public.

If you login using Facebook, we may also request access to other permissions related to your account such as friends, check-ins, & likes & you may choose to grant or deny Us access to each individual permission.

We will only use the information We receive for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on our Site. Please note, We do not control, & are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.

9. How Long We Keep Your Information

No purpose in this Privacy Policy will require Us keeping your personal information longer than 1 year past the termination of your account. 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, We will either delete or anonymize it. If this is not possible (for example because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then We will securely store your personal information & isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information, or market to, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13) We shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure such information is deleted from Our system’s database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use or storage of such information.

Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek & obtain parent or guardian permission to use this Site.

No uniform technology standard for recognizing & implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

If a standard for online tracking is adopted that We must follow in the future, We will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
