DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed & shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase, for in-stock items. Orders with upgraded shipping are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Sometimes we may experience an unusually high volume of orders, such as during holidays & product launches, which may cause order processing times to be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If such a delay occurs, we will contact you via email to update you.
Rates & Estimated Delivery Time
Sea Sprite’s Standard Shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item(s) sooner, we also offer upgraded options via USPS & UPS.
We do our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee shipping times as there may be delays within the carrier’s system due to holidays, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Standard delivery estimates, noted above, do not apply to APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, & US territory shipments. Packages sent to these areas can take up to 5-7 additional business days to arrive.
Orders delivered to APO/FPO.DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, & PO Boxes are sent via Standard or Express Shipping only. Overnight is not currently available for these types of addresses.

Express Shipping
Express orders will be processed & sent on the same day providing that your order is placed before 12pm Eastern Time. Your package should be delivered within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time will be processed & sent on the next business day, excluding holidays.
Some items may be excluded from Express Shipping due to weight or size.
Overnight Shipping
Overnight orders will be processed & sent on the same day providing that your order is placed before 12pm Eastern Time. You package should be delivered the next business day, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time will be processed & sent the next business day. Your package should arrive within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.
Some items may be excluded from Overnight Shipping due to weight or size.
Overnight Shipping is not currently available for APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territory, & PO Box addresses
Oversized & Heavy Items
Oversized items, based on size and/or weight of the product, may require a different delivery method & a surcharge will be added in addition to the standard shipping costs.
Oversized item surcharges still apply if your order qualifies for Free Shipping.
If an item has an additional surcharge, it will be noted on the product page as well as at the time of checkout.
Should your order have multiple oversized items, each item will incur its own surcharge.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 - Sprite Club
Sprite Club Members receive free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.
Additional charges apply for Express, Overnight, or oversized items.
Gift Card Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on Gift Cards. Gift Cards will be sent separately from the rest of your order. Additional charges apply for Express or Overnight Shipping.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please then allow time for order processing (1-3 business days).
Once your order has been processed, packed, & sent we will send you an email confirming the shipment. This confirmation email will contain the tracking number for your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become updated in the carrier’s system.

In-Store Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees & waiting time with free local pick up at our Miami boutique.
We are located inside the Miami Merchandise Mall at:
755 NW 72nd Ave – Plaza 23, Miami, FL 33126
When placing your order, select “Local Pick Up” at checkout & your order will be ready for pick up within 24 hours.
We will send you an email when your order is ready. Your order may be picked up Monday through Saturday between 11am & 5pm. Please have your confirmation and/or the credit card used for the purchase when you come to collect your order.
We will hold your order for a maximum of 14 days. If your order has not been collected within 14 days it will be cancelled & subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be applied to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
If you are unable to pick up your order, please let us know immediately so we can work with you to find an alternative such as shipping your order to you. In this case, you would be responsible for any shipping charges.
Cancellations & Changes
Sea Sprite works to get your baubles to you as soon as possible. As such, cancellations or changes to your order must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
After 2 hours we are no longer able to cancel or modify your order.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
Sea Sprite is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please double check your address prior to submitting your order at the time of checkout to avoid any issues due to an incorrect address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address, you may incur additional charges in order for us to reship the order to you.
If your tracking information states Delivered to your address & you have not received it, you must contact the appropriate carrier directly at:

We hope it doesn’t happen, but should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 2 business days of delivery at returns@myseasprite.com. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item & packaging, description of the issue, & your Order Number/Confirmation Number & we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please save all packaging materials & damaged items as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier & make a claim.
Returns
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at returns@myseasprite.com to initiate the return process. Returns or exchanges must be shipped back to Sea Sprite within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be in the same, saleable condition you received them in with no signs of wear or use & must have the original packaging & tags.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once Sea Sprite receives your return, we will check the condition of the item(s). If all is well, we will issue a full refund, less the original shipping cost as shipping is non-refundable. An exception will be made for items that are incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
We are unable to refund or exchange the following items:
- Earrings for pierced ears
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift Cards

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sea Sprite does not currently ship outside the United States.
